DAKOTA PHEASANT HUNTING LICENSES
The South Dakota small game license or youth small game
license is valid for two periods of 5 consecutive days.
The nonresident must choose the starting dates of both
periods when the license is purchased. Both dates must
be filled in on the license even if the two 5 day
periods chosen run consecutively. Non residents may buy
more than one small game license. The second 5 day
period can be changed before it begins. The change is a
replacement license called Permit in Lieu of Non
resident small game license.
