AAA SOUTH DAKOTA PHEASANT HUNTING,
our pheasant hunting
speaks for itself.
We offer one low, per day hunt rate! No high-priced packages, not a one, with pumped up prices for things you don't want or need. Our fees do not include all-inclusive package prices. Our low hunt rates, allow our clients to control their own overhead, while hunting with us.
Our sole purpose is to provide spectacular pheasant hunting for our clients. We are not distracted by any anything else. This allows us to offer the best rates on pheasant hunting, with the best value and fantastic results.
Hotel lodging is available in Mitchell, SD at reduced rates, for our clients and their hunting dogs! Cabela’s 85,000 sq.ft retail showroom is located within walking distance from your hotel door!
All sponsor hotels used by AAA South Dakota Pheasant Hunting are of 3 star quality/service, or better. These hotels are equipped to handle very large groups, and corporate meetings or retreats. Our sponsor hotel is suited for the hunter in mind, with a large stone fireplace and conversation areas, conveniently located within a few blocks from everything your group would desire. Our current sponsor hotel is one of the top 3 hotels in the area, and they guarantee your satisfaction!
Our hunting season opens on the 3rd Saturday of October, finishing the 1st week in January, the following year.
Our best dates go early, due to our high number of return clients. We highly recommend early bookings for the best dates. Deposits are required to confirm and hold dates.
** NOTICE: A 50% deposit (per hunter) is due at the time of booking to ensure dates of preference. Due to the nature of our seasonal business, deposits are non-refundable, for any reason. Sorry, NO exceptions. Thank you.
Our
rates
Occasionally, our opening weekend dates may be available from year to year.
Be the first in our fields this fall, 3 day opening weekend hunt may be available for 2010! October 16th - October 18th, 2010. -- (Call for group size requirements, rates, and availability for opening weekend dates.) Package hunt is required to reserve. 4 nights lodging, with 3 full days hunting.

Groups of 3 or more: $250.00 Per/Hunter/Day
Our rates include:
- ALL WILD BIRDS!! We are NOT a preserve.
- Lodging in the city of Mitchell, in the finest hotels, @ discounted rates.
(lodging cost is NOT included in the rate above)
- Access to over 15,000 acres of private pheasant hunting land, in the heart of South Dakota Pheasant Hunting country!
- Professional pro-guide staff.
- Professionally trained Labrador Retrievers.
- Discounted hotel rates, exclusive to our guests.
- Bird processing-packaging-storage, provided by Pheasant Express: $4 per/bird
(processing fee NOT included in rate above)
- Field transportation (field to field).
- A certified full-time taxidermist is available for your convenience, if desired. (Taxidermy fees apply).
All credit card payments will be charged an additional 3% processing fee.
NOT INCLUDED in the daily rate, but not limited to, are:
**NOTICE**
A minimum # of (3) hunters is required to reserve a hunt.
A minimum of (2) day’s reservation is required to reserve a hunt.
Verbal reservations are held no longer than 5 business days, with-out deposit.
*We do not accept walk-in hunters during prime season.
Lodging, meals, guide gratuities, bird processing, air shipment of birds, licensing, tax, opening weekend, hunting, etc.
Pricing is for hunting only, additional fees (described above) may apply. State 3 bird daily limit applies.
**Deposit/Payment/Refund Policy**
- 50% pre-payment of total balance due is required within 10 days of your booking to hold your reservations.
- Prepayments can be made by check, credit card, or money order.
- If you cancel your hunt, or one or more of your guests drops out, those deposit(s) are non-refundable. We do not apply “next season” credits, or issue any refunds, for any reason. Please see our deposit policy as stated above.
- Deposits of no-shows will not be applied towards another person's hunt.
Our hunting is always at South Dakota's best rates! One low rate, plain and simple!
